Ruby’s Personal Home Care, LLC. is dedicated to providing a safe home-like environment with a caring,

compassionate staff that embraces individual worth; reverencing for resident rights to autonomy and freedom of choice; serving residents with dignity and respect; and valuing resident rights to privacy.

Ruby’s Personal Home Care LLC. promotes the dignity and self-worth of our residents and we strive for resident defined quality of life as an individual and as a group member. We encourage resident group decision-making through monthly House Council meetings. Residents have full access to all common areas of their home here at Ruby’s; and residents’ exercise self – determination in activities, socialization, and food preferences.

OUR TEAM

Ruby’s staff are selected for their heart and service to seniors and others who are in need of care, because giving care is truly a calling. Our staff consists of caring individuals who have chosen this as a career. We also value the time, skills; and expert opinions of our staff. We are committed to providing fair living wages, reasonable, structured work schedules, and clear duties and sphere of rights and responsibilities for each team member. We do not expect staff to do work for which they are not trained; we do expect them to share their suggestions for improving any aspect of Rubys Personal Home Care LLC. working operations or sphere.

PRIVACY IS PARAMOUNT

Residents have the same privacy in their new Ruby’s home as they had in their previous home. We interact frequently with residents, but are always respectful and never intrusive.
